Annual Conference 2015

Did you know about our upcoming conference? It is on the 6th of June at the Chelsea & Westminster Hospital in London.

Join us for an opportunity to meet other members of the Daisy Network and hear from specialists in the field of premature ovarian insufficiency. If you would like to see more information please see the programme for full details.

We positively encourage and warmly welcome partners, relatives and friends to attend. You can get your tickets online now and they are available for members and non-members.

If you would like to support us further please consider becoming a member.

The charity’s annual general meeting will also be held during the conference. There is no charge if you only wish to attend the AGM.

Nominations for election to the committee for any role within Daisy must be sent to the Secretary in writing at least 14 days before the AGM (i.e. 23 May). If you are interested in standing, please email

We are currently looking for individuals with flair for organisation and admin to take over as PO Box and Membership Manager and also for someone to help write for our quarterly newsletter, Update.

We also have a number of other volunteer roles, such as group meet-up coordinator or networker (phone support for other members), that you could get involved with.
If you are interested in any of these positions please email your CV to

What is The Daisy Network?

The Daisy Network Premature Menopause Support Group is a registered charity for women who have experienced a premature menopause. Premature menopause (also called premature ovarian failure and premature ovarian insufficiency) is defined as the onset of menopause before the age of 40 and affects one per cent of women. Early menopause is defined as the onset of menopause before the age of 45. There are many possible causes for premature and early menopause including auto-immune diseases, cancer treatment and family history, but for many women the cause remains unknown.

If you have recently been diagnosed with premature menopause, or suspect that you may be going through it, or know someone who may be, then the Daisy Network is here to help you find support. The standard membership fee is £20 for 1 year. We offer a wide range of benefits for members, so why don't you join us today ?

The Daisy Network is a not-for-profit organisation and has no paid members of staff. We rely solely on the support of our volunteers and members. Your membership fee supports our work and without it we would not be able to maintain this website, the Forum, publish the Update Newletter, distribute leaflets, posters and cards to medical centres and to hold the Annual Conference. We are here to maintain the network to allow all members to support one another and to raise general awareness.

Can you help? We need volunteers in order to keep the The Daisy Network providing a valuable service to women like you. Please contact us at
